Our family home, open to you.

Our farmhouse, Società Agricola Fabio, is situated in a country house and has been owned by our family for more than three generations.

Three generations, the same warm welcome.

After a careful restoration, our home became a welcoming place for our guests.

The countryside villa, with its ancient tower dating back to the 11th century, offers modern comforts in a traditional environment. Our home has been for a long time a meeting place for grandparents, sons and grandchildren during the summer holidays. The windows of the villa offer scenic views of the Tuscan countryside and the large garden, featuring centuries-old trees, gives the impression that nature is part of the building. We're in the countryside, surrounded by nature, greenery, and silence, a place where you can slow down and enjoy an experience that transports you to a more authentic dimension, far from the bustle of towns. We are not accessible by public transport, so using a car is essential.

Between woodland and cities of art.

The surrounding countryside is unspoilt and features an old meadow characterised by the intense green of the woods and the silvery green of the olive trees. The area, which has recently been designated as a natural park, offers plenty of opportunities for strolling through the woods, for hiking in the Calvana hills and for mountain-biking.

Our area is also a strategic starting point for Tuscany's major art cities: a 15-minute drive from Prato train station, allowing our guests to travel by train to visit cultural centres such as Florence, Pistoia, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, and Arezzo, or reach them in an hour or an hour and a half by car.
